How does the process work?

Submit a request or give us a call and we will discuss your vision for the event. We will send a quote within 24 hours. Once you decide to pull the trigger, you will sign on the dotted line and that along with your deposit will lock in your reservation!
We will show up on the day, make it extra special and memorable, then pack up and head out! You will get all of the photos taken at your event emailed to you within 2 days!

Question 2

How do guests get their pictures?

Accepted Answer

I am so glad you asked, we have four options for you to choose from:
   1. Text-  The booth with snap your amazing pictures, the guest (s) will enter their phone number(s) and BOOM! Pictures will be sent right then and there.
   2. Email- Basically the same as text, but with emails
   3. Physical picture strips or cards- Our Diamond, Golden and Silver packages comes with one our top of the line printers at your event! After the photos are snapped, the printer will start to make magic that your guests can take home with them.

What do I need to operate the booth?

Power and wifi, we will take care of the rest! Easy, breezy!

How large a space is required for the booth?

Ideally we would like a 10ft x 10ft area to setup everything you are renting and make it look fantastic!
For Digital Drop-off, a minimum of 5ft x 5ft.

Does the Booth Print?

Absolutely! Our Mirror and Open Air booth prints photos onsite! If you want to send your party goers home with a souvenir, a classic photo card is a great choice!

Is there a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

There is an upfront deposit of 15% for all Wedding and Party packages, and 25% for all Corporate packages (non-refundable) to reserve us for the event date.

What type of payments do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments through debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). We also accept Venmo.

Question 9

Is the backdrop included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the backdrop of your choosing is absolutely included in the Tower and Mirror Booth packages! But they are first come first serve, so call us today to reserve the perfect setup including your backdrop!

Backdrops are an add-on with Digital Drop-off.

Question 10

Does the Booth come with Props?

Accepted Answer

Affirmative! All Mirror and Open Air Booth package come with props and the cost is already built into the price. If you would like to have custom props we can make that happen for an addition, yet slight charge.

Digital Drop-off doesn't come with props but you can get one time use props from Amazon or Party City for fairly cheap.

Question 11

Can I get a custom image on the screen?

You bet! The start screen can be customized to any image you like for $100! Just make sure to send the picture at least a week before the event!

Question 12

What is the payment structure?

Accepted Answer

There is an upfront deposit of 15% for all Wedding and Party packages, and 20% for all Corporate packages (non-refundable) to reserve us for the event date. The remainder can be broken into multiple payments with the final payment due 2 weeks before the event.

Question 13

How far do you go outside of Indianapolis?

Accepted Answer

We service all of Indianapolis and its suburbs, if your event is outside this area then we charge a nominal fee.
